Do you ship overseas?
We ship across the UK with Tracked 48 as standard. International shipping is available to most countries via a tracked service. International delivery typically takes 4–10 working days. If your country isn’t shown at checkout, message us and we’ll sort it.
Do you offer gift wrapping
Not right now. We use minimal, recyclable packaging. If it’s a gift, add a note at checkout and we’ll include a free gift message.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Order by 3pm and we dispatch the same day (Mon–Fri). UK deliveries arrive in ~48 hours via Royal Mail/EVRi Tracked. Remote areas can take a touch longer. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships. International deliveries run 4–10 working days depending on location.
What is your return policy?
30-day trail test. If you don’t feel the difference, send them back for a refund or exchange—no faff. First size swap is free in the UK. Please wash worn socks before returning. Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Our Lifetime Stitch Guarantee covers premature seam/knit failures—we’ll replace.
